Seminary Years (Eruku)

In the year 2016, a profound stirring within my heart led me to discern and respond to the persistent whisper of God’s call. With fervent prayer and hope, I applied and was blessed with admission as a seminarian for the esteemed Archdiocese of Lagos. This sacred journey began with a year of intense spiritual formation at St. Peter the Apostle Spiritual Year Seminary, Eruku, Kwara State, from October 2016 to June 2017. The journey was not easy but the rigors of this first year provided the ambience for a well laid spiritual foundation upon which I am still building till date. We started 80 and finished 79. Today, at least 3 of us died along the journey. May thier souls continue to rest in peace. Some of us embraced other paths along the line while a good number are priests today to the glory of God.
